Natural faults are repaired or adjusted. Where repair is not possible, we settle by refund.

Warranty covers watches only, and the period varies by selling price (tax included).

Accepted only if you contact us within 3 business days of delivery and the item remains unused. Return shipping is at your expense.

※ The item must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived. We are unable to accept a return if the item has been scratched or damaged, or if any accessories (box, dust bag, guarantee card, etc.) are missing.
