In principle, your personal information is used for purposes related to the provision of the Company’s services, such as shipping, returns and the acceptance of repair requests in connection with purchases of the Company’s products.

Where personal information is to be used for any other purpose, that purpose is clearly stated in advance at the time you provide it; please be sure to review it.

The Company may disclose personal information to payment service providers so that they can verify your identity and billing details and carry out credit checks. Please also note that, for shipments outside Japan or depending on the region in which you live, the laws applicable to third parties to which the Company directly or indirectly entrusts personal information (such as carriers partnering with Japan Post and financial institutions outside Japan) may differ.
