返品・返金について
Every item we offer is one of a kind. So that you may shop with complete peace of mind, we have set out our returns and warranty policy below.
Returns
Returns for personal reasons
Returns are accepted only if you contact us within 3 business days of delivery and the item is unused.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please be sure to contact us before sending anything back, and kindly return the item within 7 days of contacting us.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. We regret that we cannot accept the return of any item that has been scratched or damaged, or that is missing any of its accessories (box, dust bag, guarantee card, etc.).
Returns due to our error, such as a defective item or incorrect shipment
If you contact us within 7 business days of delivery, we will arrange a return and refund.
We cover all shipping costs for both the return and any reshipment.
On this page, “business days” means all days excluding Sundays and public holidays. The date of delivery is determined by the carrier's delivery confirmation record.
As every item is one of a kind, we are unable to exchange it for an identical piece; instead, we will arrange a return and refund.
How to return an item
STEP 1
Contact
Please notify us via the contact form or by telephone: within 3 business days for returns for personal reasons, or within 7 business days for returns due to our error.
STEP 2
Return shipment
Please gather all accessories, the box and any other items that came with the piece, and send everything to the address we provide.
STEP 3
Refund
Once we have inspected the item, we will issue your refund according to your payment method.
Warranty period
Faults arising from normal use within the warranty period will be repaired or adjusted. Where repair proves difficult, we may offer a refund instead. The warranty period for watches varies according to the selling price (tax included).
Owing to the nature of the products, items other than watches are not covered by warranty. The condition of each item is described on its product page; we kindly ask that you review it as well.
