How to handle returns
Returns due to customer convenience
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving the product and only if it is unused. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item.
*We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience, such as the image being incorrect or the size being different from what they expected.
Returns due to our circumstances such as defective products, incorrect delivery, etc.
If you contact us within 3 days after receiving the product, we will respond with a return or refund. We will bear the shipping costs for return and resending.
*As all products are one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
If you wish to return the item, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
About the warranty period
We will repair and adjust any natural malfunctions. If we are unable to repair the item, we may issue a refund.
