Important: Beware of Fraudulent Emails (Unauthorized Access to Our Order Management System)

Thank you for shopping with NISHIKINO VINTAGE.

WASABI SWITCH (provided by WASABI Inc.), the third-party system we use to manage orders and inventory across online marketplaces, suffered unauthorized access by a third party, and it has been announced that some order information was leaked.

Information that may have been exposed

Names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and order details.
Credit card information is not stored in that system and was not affected.

Fraudulent emails

Some of our customers have received fraudulent emails that quote real order details and ask them to contact a LINE account or an external website for a “refund”.

We never process refunds via LINE or any external site. If you receive such an email, please do not open any links or add any LINE account — simply delete it.

If you have already entered any information, please contact your card issuer or bank as soon as possible.

An external security firm is currently investigating. We will update this page as soon as further details, including the scope of the incident, are confirmed.
