Return Procedures

◆ Customer-initiated returns:
We accept returns only for unused items within 3 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

※ We cannot accept returns for subjective reasons such as differences in appearance from the product image, sizing issues, or change of mind.

◆ Returns due to defective items or shipping errors (our responsibility):
If you contact us within 3 days of receipt, we will process the return and refund.
As all our items are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not possible.
Return shipping and re-delivery costs will be covered by us.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. For any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.

Warranty Period

For natural defects, we will provide repair or adjustment services. If repair is not possible, a refund may be issued.

Warranty periods vary by item type:

• Jewelry: 1 month
• Home appliances: 3 months
• Tools: 3 months
• Cameras: 3 months
• Watches (under 500,000 JPY): 3 months
• Watches (500,000 JPY and above): 6 months
